Are endless runners still worth it in 2024?
Endless runners feel like an old genre, but a good one is still one of the best formats for tiny bursts of play. The whole thing rises or falls on how responsive the controls are.

The trap most runners fall into is stacking too much on screen too fast. The good ones ramp the speed gradually so you feel yourself getting better instead of just overwhelmed.
