About
Pocket Racers started as a group chat where three friends kept sending each other links to games and arguing about which ones were actually good. At some point the arguments got long enough that we figured we might as well write them down properly. That's the whole origin story — no big studio behind us, just people who like playing on the train.,We focus on racing, arcade and casual games because that's what we install most, but we don't stop there. If a strategy or RPG grabs us, it ends up here too. Every game in our catalog was played by someone on the team for at least a few hours, usually more, before a single line of the review got written.,How we pick what to cover is simple. We look at what's getting talked about, what friends recommend, and what shows up when we're bored and browsing. Then we play it. If it's boring or broken, we say so. If it surprises us, we say that louder.,We're not trying to be a huge site. We'd rather write ten reviews we stand behind than a hundred we copy-pasted from a press release.
